Registration fees
Registration fees are payable to the registration office. Registration opens on January 15th 2011. Bank details will be provided with the Registration Form.

# Registration fees cover the entire scientific programme of the Congress including the programme and abstract book, beverages and light meals. Additional fees are requested for pre- and post-Congress events and the Ccngress diner (Euro 50.-).
* In order to qualify for the Student fee you must be a full time postgraduate student. Please send us a copy of valid student proof from your university by fax +31 (0)20 673 7306
** The applicant for the Young Investigators (resident) fee should be under the age of 35 years and send a copy of his/her ID card as well as a letter of recommendation of his/her supervisor. In addition the submission of an abstract for a poster or oral communication is mandatory. Please send us the requested documents by Fax: +31 (0)20 673 7306
*** Accompanying persons have no access to the scientific lectures, but are invited to join all social events, including the greet and meet session, and the closing ceremony.
* CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION * The
deadline for cancellation of registration is June 1, 2012. The Congress
Organizer must be notified in writing of any cancellations. An administration
fee of €50.00 will be charged for all cancellations. Payments will be refunded
after the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations
after June 1, 2012. After June 15, 2012 registration via the website will not
be possible and you are requested to register onsite at the Congress.
